JACOA is pleased to offer the Prime for Life curriculum. Each participant will receive a Prime for Life participant workbook that will be used during the class.

As of this time, JACOA offers:
One all day Saturday class (8 am - 8:30 pm)

Fee: $135 Saturday Class; $25 Re-schedule fee; $25 Replacement Certificate fee

All persons registering for DUI School must have all paperwork completed and registration fees paid by 4:00 p.m. the Thursday before the class is scheduled to begin. Please be prepared to show a picture ID and complete all paperwork at JACOA with it taking an average of 20-30 minutes to complete. There must be a minimum of 5 students enrolled for the class to meet. The maximum number of students is 25 per class.
