JACOA is pleased to offer the Prime for Life curriculum. Each participant will receive a Prime for Life participant workbook that will be used during the class.

One all day Saturday class (8 am - 8:30 pm)

Fee: $135 Saturday Class; $25 Re-schedule fee; $25 Replacement Certificate fee

All persons registering for DUI School must have all paperwork completed and registration fees paid by 4:00 p.m. the Thursday before the class is scheduled to begin. Please be prepared to show a picture ID and complete all paperwork at JACOA with it taking an average of 30-45 minutes to complete. There must be a minimum of 5 students enrolled for the class to meet. The maximum number of students is 25 per class. You have 90 days from the day of enrollment to complete the class, after which time you will be required to re-register and pay the class fee again.
